    That's awesome!!!! I'm good at testing stuff :) need a high clearence rear like urs but with plate welded in the open areas and very reinforced :)

    most high clearance rears actually have very similar clearance in the rear to other rear plate bumpers. I'd consider turning yours into a cut bedsides bumper by just weldeing on some wings.

    How can we make this happen and be cost affective? Shipping alone both ways would cost the same as buying a brand new one and selling mine :(

    you said you had access to welders right? spend some time practicing on those, and when you're ready, i'll help you design everything for the addition.

    made some progress on the trailer today. nothing really picture worthy though. figured out how to make the upper spring mounts. designed an adjustable system that allows me to move the springs inward and outward on the axle as needed to gain or limit sway, while keeping the same load capacity.


    also ordered an oil catch can. figured it was cheap enough, and can only help in the long run......

    catch can came in yesterday. Nice build quality. i'm going to ad an interior baffle, so i made sure to get one with a removable top. comes with some realy crappy hose, but i was planning to use myown anyway, so not a big deal.

    The hose included is crap, and the hardware is not the greatest, so plan on buying new plumbing, and potentially building your own bracket. i knew this going into it, and bought it purely because the top and bottom of the can are removable, so i can play around with building my own baffles.
