    Most oil loss in higher mileage motors is USUALLY but not always due to valve seals in the cylinder head.

    Next time you start it after sitting overnight check and see if it blows a puff of smoke for a couple of seconds after you do so (not condensation, the kind of smoke that doesn't dissipate so quickly), then it is most likely that you just need to rebuild the cylinder head, normally the bottom ends of these motors are pretty stout, so its usually the head that wears.

    Yeah, look in front of Home Depot there are a bunch of them just waiting for work, its best to just drive past them and go kinda slow and they will start running for your truck, go a little faster and the last one to keep up is your man. :D

    as far as i know. if it does leak i can't see it from the top and it doesn't show on concrete.
    i'll go out and inspect him, it'll give me something to do today.
