Jen and I approached LSK Fabrications in Burbank, CA to have her front tube bumper made. They were recommended by a close friend (Anthony250) and we were excited to see what design they come up with.

They were able to complete 90% of the bumper on the very first day of the build:

We left that night with one more tubing needing to be welded on the lower skid support and two skids waiting to be cut out and installed.

With our busy schedule in the following two weeks, we were not able to go back and have it finished. However, our friend Acordova1050 was able to get the skids cut out for us.

Last night we returned with the two skids and lights, and within a couple hours, the bumper was done:

I have already used a recovery strap to yank the truck and we did some test nerfs with my truck. The bumper holds up like a tank.

Definitely a great group of guys to deal with. Be on the look out for their stock replacement uniball lower control arms that are almost complete.

Aiming to bring top of the line suspension, at a very affordable cost. As well as helping the off-road community

Two big things to announce for LSK.

    1. Is the completion of our 98-06 Silverado LT kit. Bumped and strapped at 17.5" inches of travel. Fully fabricated spindles, lower arms, upper arms, and engine cage. Installation is easy with the the boxed shock mounts located using the upper control arm mounts. No endless cycling trying to get the shock positioned correctly. We did all that for you. Has room for a 10" 2.5 coil over and 10" 2.5 bypass.

    2. Is the purchase of a 5'x8' Torchmate CNC plasma table with a integrated CNC tubing cutter. Look forward to some really cool stuff with these. We also will be doing cutting for anybody. So send us your DXF files. If you have an idea we can make it happen. We also have a 48" press brake and 1 HP atlas lathe. We've already been contracted by a couple local off road shops to do production work and would love to do more of the same.

Is the tacoma kit going to have vertical unibals like the ranger kit above?

The 4 wheel drive kits most likely wont because the CV will limit travel more then the upper uniball. We've talked about doing a full race kit similar to the ranger kit above for the 2 wheel drives that includes a new spindle and possibly a conversion to a dana 44 or race hub and a vertical upper uniball. If someone is willing to step up to the plate we'd love to prototype it. Right new Jen is (patiently) :) waiting for us to get her kit ready to install that will be horizontal upper uniball.

Do you think they could do one with a 2" receiver in the front? I would like to put a removable winch in there when needed.

Aaron hit it on the head. The $899 is a temporary sale price but we will match it for Tacoma world members for a couple more months. No problem putting a receiver hitch on a bumper.
