I do the bulk and cut phase. I dont specifically have an aim of calories when bulking because i usually get more than enough. For maintenance, i need about 2300-2500. When on a cut i drop it to 1600-1800 but i gradually drop it. 2000 > 1900 > 1800, etc. I got great results doing the 20/4 eating 2 meals a day when cutting.

Cut first so you know how to lose weight/fat. Then bulk. Cardio after lifting is your best friend when cutting. I do ZERO cardio bulking.

I go on a 6-10 month bulk then cut during the summer for 3-5 months depending how i wanna look at the beach

Thinking about doing back and chest tonight.... I usually do back on sat and chest on Sundays but I'm going to be too busy tomorrow I don't think I can fit in an hour to work out.

Would back and chest be too much for one day?

Depending on ur schedule..if needed just do a few sets per exercise. Otherwise I'd separate it

Yeah, doing the O'hearn workout. About 5 exercises each body part 3-5 sets. Sounds a bit much for one night.

What size are you? Slow/steady cardio post workout or do you do higher intensity? Also, did you do 3 full body workouts?
    Thanks for the info man!

I am 5'7 160-165 current weight. I'm still trying to get to 180-200 within the next 3-4 months. BF% is 13-14, no real cuts aside from the shoulders right now. I am also asian with asian genetics  (wish i had bbc genetics)

I would recommend slow steady cardio post workout. no high intensity for me because it's too calorie consuming. Unless you are just losing weight, high intensity is great.

I do not do any full body workouts. Not a fan of them and in my experience you get most gains when focusing on them one by one.
    Monday is legs
Tuesday is Chest traps and front delts
    Wednesday back and rear delts
    Thursday is Arms and abs
Friday and the weekend is rest mostly

I do 15-25 sets depending how i feel.

I do the 2 day split when i'm cutting.
EX: mon, tues lift, wed rest, thursday, friday lift, weekend cardio.
It depends on your goal though. I do cardio everyday on a cut. I do no cardio at all on a bulk.

Just gonna add REST and WATER is critical.

You guy's watching the cross fit game's? I am and it's getting me pumped to start working with my fighter friends and training with them. I'm moving to Augusta in the morning to live and train with them until Christmas. No better way to get in shape than to live with your trainers, lol.

Anybody had experience with Craze by Driven Sports? Looking to pick up a new pre-workout. Suggestions? I've taken Jacked, NO Explode, Hyper FX, Assault, and maybe 1 or two others over the past couple of years.

No, I haven't heard of that. I use Muscle Spike by Muscle Fortress, its made here in CO. Damn good shit too. Assault and NO Shotgun rank high on my list, I have yet to try VPX 12 Gauge.
