Installed my Bushwhacker fender flares today

Nice truck, but why did you go with the fender flares? I think the truck looked cleaner with the stock flares on Seems to be too much black now.

 

All personal preference is say, I think they look pretty sick

 

The real reason, my stock ones kept flying off after every mild-hard hit. I got so tired of replacing those stupid plastic clips (there's 30 of them in total and they cost like $2.00 each at the dealer). The Bushwhackers have been put to the test and so far they're holding up like the day I installed them. They also prove much more coverage than the stock flares did with my offset and spidertrax spacers.

But yes, I guess it is personal preference. I like the black/silver scheme, and I thought it looks good. Gives the truck the illusion that it's taller.

So you are running 285 with only 1.75 bilsteins in the front? Are you rubbing or did you do Cab Mount Chop?

Yes, she's rubbing pretty good. Bilsteins are now maxed out to 2.5", but still rubs the cab mount. I will be getting it chopped soon.
