    NP1 is good stuff. We used to have that as our primary caulking. Switched to Duralink a couple years ago. Great stuff! Sikaflex is really good too. It's damn near impossibly to do after its built but if you're ever building a new home you can waterproof your foundation and slab. Carlisle makes some pretty good sheet membranes and we mostly use their products when doing foundations. Grace also makes products for wall and under slab waterproofing. The preproof under slab stuff actually has a sticky binding agent that fuses to the concrete when they pour on top of it. It WILL NOT come off and it's really thick too. Probably .030. We did a $2.6mil waterproofing contract at PSU and used all grace products

    if no one specs the caulk we use NP1 or DOW795 depending on the application. If they spec it we get stuck using whatever they want. Usually they spec low VOC crap even for exterior.

    A couple cases of NP1 fell off a truck a few years back so I power washed the joints in my sidewalk/driveway,filled the big cracks with backer rod, and then filled them with the color limestone. No more ants digging mounds, no more weeds to pick, and no more cracks getting bigger :)

    Good idea. We don't usually have a spec caulking. Not many companies make colors to match our trim metal or panels. Duralink matches pretty well though
