So I took everything out of it, took off the spare tire, the bed extender, everything out of the glove box, and had a empty gas tank.
    It weighed 3940 Lbs.
    Isnt that a little heavy?

All the extra sound deaden material that they put in vehicles today make the heavy.

Most of your mods add weight. You have 18" wheels and tires on there.

it's light, mine was 4361 with full tank, no driver

    Front Driver 1286
    Front Pass. 1186
    Rear Driver 925
    Rear Pass. 964
    Total 4361

note that in the rear, it's heavier on the passenger side. But overall, heavier on driver's side, especially with driver in.

I don't understand why that is. The gas tank is more oriented towards the drivers side, right?

I was also skeptical, but I called back the shop where I got it weighted.

Basically, a truck/car is like a chair, where it will always be diagonally heavy. So if the front is a lot heavier on the driver's side (like the tacoma), the rear will be heavier on the passenger side in the back. Overall, it's still heavier on the driver's side if you look only side to side.

Here are the weight with me inside. When I sit in, 76% of my weight is on the driver's side and 24% on the pass side... 64% gets to the front and 36% to the rear. The individual split to each wheel are below:

    Front Driver 1387 (+101, 52.9%)
    Front Pass. 1207 (+21, 11.0%)
    Rear Driver 969 (+44, 23.0%)
    Rear Pass. 989 (+25, 13.1%)
    Total 4552 (+191, 100%)

you can then calculate what you want as you know the distribution, passenger side should split the same front to back but switched left to right.
