    the episode preview where the gates get opened was by the locked up cell mates they just gave the new block to, cause it showed them, and then he said i thought we had an agreement? and it wasnt merle in the woods, its either someone, or something.

    It has to be the two inmates who did that, unless Rick had an agreement with someone in the next episode that was broken pretty quickly...

    Somehow I don't see it as being Merle who was watching them, although I wouldn't put it past the bastard. He seems to be loyal to the gov, and would have told...but who the hell knows...

    I don't know who that guys is, if he's in the comics at all, but he was in the background the entire time Michonne and Andrea were walking around the town, I think he was watching the girls for the Governor and Michonne was onto him.
