    Just called Scott and sent him a text. Bad news he didn't answer either. Good news is his phone is still turned on. I'm sure he is very busy today.

    Not sure about the shore but in my case the Delaware River will be even higher today at around 3pm. Hopefully the surges are done at the shores.
