As a mod he should have known better. Generally this Forum has a lot of caring members that have built up personal relationships with other members over the years.

 

Everything was pretty calm over here, just constant rain but nothing bad. I think the Appalachians helped slow everything down.

 

I couldn't even tell you how many closed roads I had to circumvent this morning to get into work in Philly. Now going around a "road closed" sign is a major fine and could be jail time. I totally understand it, but at the same time I'm not one of those idiots that's going to put someone elses life on the line to save me so I just hopped curbs and continued on.

Haven't heard from Fred, but my guess is he is sleeping in

Marina was OK. All docks accounted for. I pulled a stupid move I will never do again by keeping my truck down there. Was ready to watch the Taco float away. Another 2' and I would of had water in the cab. I was sitting in the passenger side with my life jacket and bug out bag in the driver seat ready to jump out. This afternoon Ill just stand in the wind and cold waiting it out because it is supposed to be much worse.

95 was shut down along with about every major NE roadway until 4am. All bridges to PA from NJ shut down until 4am except for DE Memorial. DE was closed down totally until 7-8am this morning. It was illegal to be on the road in my home town and all of DE.

Craig "should" be fine in regards to flooding. His house is high up and not really near a significant body of water. He does have a ton of trees though.

My guess is his truck got totally submerged from the pics he had posted earlier. I know in my case it just kept coming higher and higher for much longer then expected.

He's a douche plain and simple. Never liked him and he was one of the reasons I left way back when...along with his other buddy I loath.

I didn't but now that I think about it... hmmm

 

Winds were ureal last night and a major amount of rain fell but all seems to be hush hush right now. Of course the FED is shut down so no one was on the road this morning which is a good thing thing in the DC area.
