    Thanks for all the help.

So you would recommend 1800 calories on days and 500calories on off days?

Should I alternate carbs and fats per off/on days? I know it's recommended on the website.

With fasting i didn't worry about muscle preservation because it does that. I was just giving a personal recommendation. He says he's 190lbs. 190grams of protein is a lot already. 1.5 = 285 grams of protein. That's a shltload of chicken and whey!!! I would recommend staying at 190 throughout the whole cut.

You will not lose muscle unless you fast for 48+ hours :)

I would recommend a 1800-2000 on days you lift (cardio should be done post workout). When i was referring to the 500 calories, i meant to subtract that much calories from your calories for maintenance.

I didn't really follow exactly what the leangains said. On days i didn't train, i just did about 1500-1600 calories and got my macros.

BTW, are you taking any supplements?

If that works fine with you, that's great :)
I just recommend 1g per pound of bodyweight. Been doing this for a while with good results. I was kidding about the chicken, i eat a lot of beef and fish also.

Are you currently bulking or cutting? You must have good genetics :)

    Refeeds:245/300/30

Thanks-genetics or not. I'm a former out of shape guy and worked my butt off to be where I am today.

Edit: just saw u were fasting..never done that before-I'm not that familiar with fasting.

I do take supps. Multi vitamins, whey, casein, amino energy, fish oil, N.O. Xplode.

How many fats would that be if I took in 1800?

Is there a workout plan for leangains intermenton fasting? And specific supplements?

Intermittent fasting is a different and possible more effective way to bulk, as the body will begin to crave what it doesn't have. Once you get back to a over eating phase, you're body will store what it missed from the fast days, adding more mass in a shorter time period.

So Im changing up my routine from body splits to full body workouts 3x a week. Im doing StrongLifts 5x5. My question is how does that workout hit biceps? Squats, bench, row, over head press, and deadlifts are the only workouts in that workout. Ive been working out for 3 years now so im not doing the excercises as low weight as he says but still a low weight for me. Should I absolutely do his suggested weights? I mean I can squat 135 5x5 times below parallel without absolutely dying...

Fasting is great, give it a try sometime. As for genetics, i have crap asian genetics. Although i work hard in the gym. I used to be that couch potato fat ass, so i know how you feel bro. Good luck on what's working with you and train hard!

If you want a complete workout plan for cutting i would suggest searching up the "Kris Gethin 12 Week Hardcore Trainer" on bodybuilding.com. If you multiply the total calories to .2, it should be 360. Should be about 50grams of fats a day. Your supplement stack sure seems good.

Thats just great news. I'm doing a dirty bulk eating about 3000+ calories a day and still stay lean from fasting. Great stuff.

I've hear HEMAVOL is a good vascularity supplement. Gives great pumps and veins. Never tried it, but it doesn't contain caffeine. Other than that, having a low percent bodyfat will bring out more of your veins and vascularity.

Drink more water, take NO2, and carb load, these three things are great for popping veins.

Also, a lower body fat percentage will cause the veins to pop.

Take the nitrotech, go to your trash can, and threw it in there.

Then go to the store and get Dymatize ISO 100, or Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex.

No need for a cutter if your diet is on par.

I have never used 1MR, Patrick has and can give a better review of that. Super HD, I have not used that either, but I have heard of it.

If they work for you, keep them. But that Nitrotech and almost all muscletech shit is worthless.
