    Noted!

How is everyone doing with the approaching storm? Certainly won't get the worst of it but it's windy as all holy hell at the moment.

Good luck, be/stay safe. Should be ok if something crazy happens. Rach went to store like normal over the weekend, I've got my flashlight and extra battery.

Ah, cool. Saw ya' peekin' around, my post went to a new page, didnt see yours.

The monthly get together(s) idea seems to be taking of a little. Throw a solid idea out there.....

    How about Roosters in Marysville?
How about like the last Friday of the month?
Meet up at like...8pm...BS, eat, drink, talk tacos?

Anyone from anywhere in Ohio is more than welcome to come. Marysville is rather central.

For those who live a distance away...cleveland...cincy...please do come, join. I would think/hope that folks who have a shorter trip wouldn't mind throwing down on the tab since ya'll be spending $$ on gas just to get there and back. Keep it even spendature wise and a little more enticing for the folks who live an hour, maybe two away.

I'd probably end up bringing my 5 year old daugher along as well.

    Thoughts, comments?

    Lets set it up then.

    Annual Central Ohio BS/eat/meet/greet
    Rooster's on Henderson Rd
1832 Henderson Rd. Columbus, Ohio. 43220
    614-3260216
    http://www.roosterswings.com/locations/info.php?location=97

    Last Saturday of each month.

    November's Date:
    Saturday, Dec 1st.
    8 p.m.
(Have the 1st meet after thanksgiving weekend, then we'll do another at the end of december as well.)

First one might be a little rough. Figure out how we'll get everything to run semi-smoothly.

2 hours 15 min from my place. Might be kinda rough considering I have to be at work at 5:30 Saturday mornings.

Monthly meet and greets would be great. IMO i think we should have a Akron-Cleveland area Tacoma group and a C-bus Tacoma group. Maybe one group could meet the first Saturday of the month and the other meet the last Saturday of the month, that way members could attend both if they want to make the trip. We could also have 2 big meet and greets a year where we all get together once in each area.

    What do you all think?

    Dustin,
This would be cool for a first meet/greet. What do you other Cleveland/ Akron area guys think? because the time of month we are in how about planning this one for Saturday November 10th?

    Seems legit.

I'll take the last Saturday's of the month for the C-bus area.

Move it to Roosters on Henderson Rd in Columbus if no one has an issue with that. I edited post #104 to reflect the new local/addy/phone/date.

Looking like Rachael finally found a new jobbie. Been looking for awhile as her current employer is going downhill. She'd be hired in as a temp to start, and be taking a raise to do so. Then if hired on full time, she'd see an even bigger, more substantial raise. More mod monies for daddy!

See what happens tomorrow. New company is wanting her to put in 2 weeks tomorrow. Rachael is the god of doing what she does and they (current employer) are on a hiring freeze, they'll be royally fucked. She has a resignation letter ready to go.

Been broke as fuck since Rausch. Sucks. Paid again tomorrow finally. Blow some $$ on a CB! Save the rest for Coil Over rebuild!!!!

Lift is so close....tried to call American Motorsports on Wed. Haven't heard back. He's a busy dude I think. Try it again Saturday.

i could more than likely make a c-bus meet & greet sometime in the future that sounds pretty cool, then I can get some advice on how bad my truck sucks :D Would probly bring my 3 yr. old daughter and maybe the wife, as long as this isn't a Chris Hansen "how to catch a predator" setup lol. But seriously, sounds pretty cool.

If it was jeep skool there are done pretty intense trails. Not too many beginner trails but plenty of hard to intermediate trails. Would be a good meet there we can bring a grill and cook out

Never been there. Heard about it often enough.

In other news, Rachael finally heard back from the place she interviewed with last Thursday. They made her an offer. HOLY SHIT. 10K raise and going in as a temp. Hopefully they'll hire her full-time, which would mean another raise. (and usually that temp to full-timer raise is decent!)
