Yea, the guys at GNC are tools. Commission based tards without common sense, out to sell a product, not make you better.

I prefer Arginine AKG and Beta Alanine, with amino acids and carbs as a pre workout cocktail.

Never buy from GNC. They SUCK! Always read reviews off bodybuilding.com or supplementreviews.com. You don't need any fat burners if your diet is on point.

The principles are the same for ladies regarding cardio, workouts and diet :)

Just you have less testosterone and more estrogen so the gains are going to be different. Working out builds muscle regardless of gender.

hey guys and now 1 girl:p, I just had a quick question. Whenever i see a bodybuilder like phil heath or jay cutler or kai green etc. they always seem to not fully extend on exercises like bench and bicep curls. Is there any reason for that?

Ok... So I have my results for my first day of fasting leangains.

I fasted from 10pm last night - 2pm today and broke my fast and stuffed my face up until 10pm PST.

    My calorie intake was 1316
    Protein: 189.7
Carbs: 39 (I know this needs to go up a lot)
    Fats: 35.9

This is my first time tracking my macros. (Ever)

So does eating carbs apply the same as other diets; where you don't eat carbs right before bed?

Anything pulling works the biceps, just indirectly. Rows and deads when they get heavy will add size to them......once you get big and strong you can always add some curls/tricep work to bring up the guns!

So its not a good time to do curls? Last year when I was 140 i could bench 185. Just simply stating i am not new to the workout world. I have a little build to me. What about calves does squats work calves as well?

Still learning about this myself but here's how I see it......

Do +10% TDEE on workout days and -35% TDEE on non workout days, protein on both days is 1.5x LEAN body mass (must have an idea of bf%), fat can be fixed to 30g on workout days and 60g on non workout days (ball park but basically low fat/high fat) and carbs fill in the rest of your calorie requirements.......1g of protein and carbs = 4calories and 1g of fat = 9 calories

So far on my workout days I eat lots of lean meat, fruits and carbs with minimal fat from those foods and on non workout days I eat lots of fattier meats, veggies/salads and nuts if needed.

I'm trying the re-comp 20% over/under and its hard to eat that much in 8hrs lol!

As i've always understood it, caffine constricts your veins and you want to expand them with your preworkout. I'm no expert but it seems like caffine works against you. No doubt it helps motivate you mentally but anyone who works against what their brain says on every workout will have an opinion that does not agree with you.
