Exactly single so you get to spend your money! when I was single I had 3 vehicles. Now just my runner and the wiffsss car.

 

Yea, single so I can have one car and spend all my money on that car! I'd rather race then wheel any day.

I don't get enough driving fast on the road, gotta take it to the track and do it for fun.

 

Why not buy a big power car like the new mustang with the coyote motor or an srt8 charger.

 

They don't cost 26 grand and aren't Toyota's. Or tuner/track/drift cars.

 

Bet I could drift my buddies 2013 mustang with the coyote motor just fine around any track. . Buy an EVO and awd drift it. I loved doing that in my wrx with an fp green turbo swap. The cost is nt that far off boosted cars. I bought my 08 wrx for 24k new and did 4k in tranny work and turbo swap.

I'm talking Toyota, the first Toyota sports car since the Celica that's not a chick car. Trust me, I've looked over the options.

 

I'm not knocking it I'm just making questions why. I like the look and it's only a matter of time before they start boosting them. I'm sure forced performance is all over it already. I love boost turbos or supercharges love them all.

 

The forced induction companies are trying to find a way around the 12.5:1 compression on the boxer motor. Seems that Vortech is in the process of unveiling a supercharger at Sema for the FR-S.

Turbo's are known to blow these engine's without major internal work. It seems like the most feasible option at the moment is a supercharger. It has serious high end power though and the power to weight ratio is better then the turbo'd Genesis Coupe. And we are talking a 274 hp turbo'd 2.0 vs a 200 hp NA 2.0.

Granted the Genesis Coupe has 275 ft lbs of torque vs 150 on the FR-S, but the FR-S continually out performs the Genesis Coupe on all levels.

 

uhhh... ISF....

 

I'd take an ISF over that scion anyday.. no contest. and it's a toyota.

 

Slightly outside the price range, but a sexy beast indeed.
