Sorry, can't help you with the heaters, but I have sport seats with the seat back pockets and my air bag slits do not spread open like that. You can't even notice they are there unless you pull them apart. As someone mentioned, it looks like the covers are being stretched too tight. I'd call WO and send them the pics as well.

Wish I would have found this site a month earlier. I would have loved to be apart of this group buy :( These things are extremely expensive. How often are there group buys for Wet Okoles? Are their other companies comparable to the wet okoles maybe slightly less expensive?

The group buys are about every 6 months. They are definitely worth the wait.

For reference, here is what I think the air bag slits should look more like.

I finally got mine.. but got the wrong seat pattern for the fronts (they made it for Sport seats with the lumbar support) Mine is a regular 1st gen DC.
They asked me to return the front and they are fixing it. Great service! (just sucks I have to wait roughly another month)

I got the heaters with mine, both of the cords come out on the console side for mine. Maybe your pads were installed in the wrong seats and need to be swapped, so it will flip where they come out the seat.

I would have sworn in this picture that the sides were charcoal but the lady at Okole claims it is black. Charcoal would have matched my interior better but she said the sides can only be black. Well I ordered a set just like yours with the contrasting light gray piping on the outer edge. My only difference is I am having TRD Off Road embroidered in red for even more contrast. She says they should ship in three to four weeks.

I got solid Charcoal. The sides don't have to be black if you get Full Piping.

Great idea, thanks! I tried to flip it over on the same seat, but the velcro would not have worked right. I'll do this and be good to go.

Thanks for all the pics and info on the air bag slits. I called WO (after I had emailed pictures) and they are sending me new seat backs!

FYI, I have been working with Raul on all my installation questions. For the best response you have to catch him on the phone. I have emailed him and left voicemails with no response. Once I get him on the phone though he is more than helpful and responsive.

Also, they are supposed to send instructions for how to handle the flap on the lower back of the front seats but mine did not come with any so it took some surfing time to figure out what to do with it. If you don't get the instructions, I would ask for them. It will save you lots of time.

I finally got mine in earlier in the week but due to the hurricane haven't had a chance to install them yet.. How long approximately does it take to install front and backs? Do you need to take the seats out to install? Haven't even opened the box yet to look at them.. too busy with the clean up.. stupid hurricane.

Hope the cleanup goes quickly for you. I did take the front seats out just to make sure I got the straps in the right place under the seats. The backs are much quicker since the bottoms fold up and the backs fold out so everything is easy to get to. Probably 2-3 hours depending on how particular you are. I broke it up doing a little bit over several days so I don't have a good start to finish time. I'd do it during WO hours if possible so you can call with questions and get an immediate response if needed.

are the back bolts for the fron seat under the two plastic covers in the back seat foot area? I ran out on lunch and took a look for the bolts.. the front one's are pretty easy to find.. LOL.. I assume the back bolts are under those plastic covers?

Yep, take the two plastic covers off. Pull straight back on it and they will pop off.

Just put my drivers side cover on, only took about 45 minutes. I unbolted the seat from the floor and so it could be pulled out slightly and tilted. Really easy with the access cab doors. With the crew cab its probably better to just pull the entire seat out.

Still dont have power from Sandy, so i am spending alot of time outdoors.. :D.

Wow what a chore it has been trying to trying to get Wet Okole to make my covers the same colors as yours. I sent her your picture and she swore they are black since that is all that they provide. I told her what you said about full piping but that didnt do it. I mean, in your pictures they are OBVIOUSLY charcoal! Then she gets some other dude on the line and he says your centers were charcoal! So with that comment I was so blown away that I said I needed to go and would call back. So now she gets her manager involved and finally they email me and say that if I agree that these covers are non-returnable then they will begin manufacturing them with the colors like in your pictures. So hopefully this is all resolved. I did not get in on the group buy in time to order these and so the covers plus options, shipping an state tax these covers are costing me just over $400.00. There is no way that for that kind of money I was about to say oh well just give me what you got and I'll just settle for it!

    Just look at the website...
    http://www.wetokole.com/TOYOTA.html

The trick is to scroll down past the "Solid Color" section and then you will find "Full Piping" followed by Half Piping, Realtree (Camouflage), and then the pattern sections. It's easy to stop in the first section and not realize they have other options. Been there done that and obviously some employees at WO don't know about the rest of the patterns either.

There is really no need to remove the backs. You can move them up and down easily and get to all the spots you need to get to.

Got mine installed finally. Had them sitting around waiting on my schedule to allow installation. Thanks to the OP & WO. Extremely satisfied! :D
