    No I know that:rolleyes:, I always thought to reduce axle wrap you mounted them on the rear of the axle:confused:

    That's my understanding too.
    Off the rear of the axle you'll be compensating with the initial bite with shock compression dampening, where as off the front you would be using rebound dampening. Generally speaking, you've got more compression valving than rebound valving with leaf sprung trucks....in theory :notsure:

    At full bump, should I leave the rear shock slightly extended so that it never bottoms out?

    Be sure to do the same when cycling for full extension/droop. As well account for the stretching of limit straps when ordering them (Clevis mounts are preferred). :cool:

    also, have far of a distance to you plant on having between the actual bottom of the frame to the top of the axle (not the strike pad or ubolts)?

    mine was built with 1" between the two.

    I don't know yet. I'll have to figure that out once my box is on, because I don't know if my fenders will limit me or not.

    are you using the stock rear axle or a tundy or a 2nd gen?

    Tundy but I have 7" flares so it might tuck, but it would be really tight.

    you should be fine. i know its 6 inches wider but it actually should tuck really nicely

    Cole,(Blackhawk250) is running the same rear setup as you and it fills the bedsides quite nicely.

    Have you looked into trussing the rear axle while you're at it?

    yeah my fiberwerx 8" look good with the T100 rear end, my wheels also have low back spacing so that pushes it out an inch or whatever as well though. Truss isnt a bad idea, but unless ur gunna drive it like robby gordon all the time then its probably not necessary hah

    I've thought about trussing the axle, but for what I'm doing right now, I don't want to take the time. Theres a large list of things I want to do but aren't necessary this year. Someday I'll pull it out and truss it:)

    Yeah your truck is awesome. I was thinking about doing the cage in the back instead of a box, but decided that keeping the box would be faster and easier this year. When I get tired of it, I'll do a sick setup like yours.

    Heres my figuring. Jason was running 3" or 4" flares (not sure) and the same wheels as me and he tucked. So if my flares are 3" wider and my axle is 3" wider than stock, I should tuck.
