    everybody that hangs out in this thread should watch this movie. it came out a few years ago. it's called bigger, faster, stronger.

    it used to be on instant netflix, not sure if it still is, but regardless... watch it.

    I've seen what Zumba is, but wanted to see the actual workout videos.

    I searched DirectTV On-demand quick to see if they had a TV show workout thing but the only thing I saw was Infomercials. :mad:

    Never thought about the free pass - might try that. I've been bouncing around the idea of changing gyms....but lately, I've been so busy that I haven't been for weeks. And hence - wondering why I keep paying them when I don't go. My work schedule prevents me from being able to go to some of those classes.

    We have a PS3, but I probably wouldn't use that either. I've had to change my exercise routine (health reasons) and its so hard to find a 'new' routine.

    Interesting thread! Might as well share mine!I work out through basketball season since i don't play. i do a 10 minute ab workout
    then 2x25 reps of pullups, dips, flys, legs extensions and curls
    then 2x25 reps of curls, triceps, upright rows, hipsleds, and 2 1 minute intervals on a hillclimber machine.
    I rotate between these everyday and use amp mass builder xxx since i'm a skinny bastard (6' 155lbs)

    I would just do 2 sets per exercise...just to get the blood flowing and familiarizing yourself with the weights again b4 going all out...just my .02

    And for adding muscle...diet should be on spot...or lifestyle as I say as diet is temp in nature.

    Theres a ton of muscle builder supplements out there that can help you out as well

    That really is a good documentary. Some of the stuff blows my mind tho. Like the congressman who started the whole steriod investigation with baseball and when he's asked about the drinking age hahahaha what an ass clown.
