    Im headed up to the McCloud river and Hat Creek area on the 8th. Then Taking a overnight backpacking trip up to Lake Eiler in the Thousand Lake Wilderness area.

    If you are not fimilar with the area you should Google it. Its in the between Mount Shasta and Mount Lassen

    With 5" of snow on the ground maybe I should pick up ice fishing. There is no ice but I dont foresee any fishing til Spring.
