I was checking out discount tire online for these. Total price for the 265/75/16 Load C rating $676 ($169/tire) with free shipping. They also have the BFG All-Terrain T/A's for about the same price shipped. I had the BFG All-Terrains on my 95 Taco and loved them but these Goodyear's caught my eye, might have to try them out. This tire weighs 45 pounds, really not that bad. One of the things that I like about these tires is the sipes that they have in all the lugs. Better traction on ice and wet roads.

I have these on my truck as well. They weigh around 42lbs each, much lighter than the super swampers I had on it. My gas mileage has gone up as well. They ride, handle very nice. My truck feels like a different truck now. I paid 136.00 each at tirerack.com. I will try to get some pics up soon.

picked up these for 116.75 for 265/70/16 local dealer wanted 189.00 but they price matched the internet . i think it was tires-easy .com. i gotta say these tires rock! great off road, pissa in rain, pretty quiet & great handling around town and on highway.call me crazy but i can't wait for snow.why pay more than you need? i paid approx.$623.00 mounting, valve stems, alignment, balancing ,free rotation,&road hazard warranty.good luck i spent months researching and feel i got a pretty good deal

Update.....Ordered a set of 265/75/R16 from discounttiredirect.com on Saturday. They lowered the the price down to $163 per tire with free shipping for a total cost of $652. They will take 10-14 days to get to me because they didn't have any in their distribution centers and are coming straight from the supplier. Will post picks once I get them.

Finally got my Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac 265/75/R16 tires and my Bilstein 5100's installed. I'm happy how they turned out. The Bilsteins are set at 1.75 and my truck still has a slight rake toward the front which I did want. A friend and I installed the shocks which was some what of a bitch. Here's a couple pics....

The tires do "sing" a little going down the interstate at 70 MPH. I've only driven them about 20 miles since the install. Hopefully they will do well in the rain and snow.

does the siping go all the way to the bottom of the tread, in pics i have seen it looks like the siping is only cut about 1/4 of the way down into the tread blocks.

for those of you with the white lettering facing out (or in, it doesn't really matter), do you know if the entire side of the tire is white on that side?

My Silent Armor's are starting to look like this:
    DSC02688_84345a59151389d5493ffd54d980d69093776959.jpg

And when I get Duratracs I don't want them to look like this again. I have seen a Goodyear GSA (or something close) on a tire rack on the back of a jeep and the entire sidewall was scraped off the reveal a full whitewall. It's like GY just puts a thin black coating over a completely white tire on one side. Why can't they just make it white where the letters are?

Anyways, if someone would so kindly find out for me if there is white or black underneath the sidewall of the white lettering side of these tires, I would appreciate it. It would help me decide whether I need all black or letter side out. I'm sure those of you with the letter side in would be more willing to do it. Thanks

do you mind scraping off some of the backside of your tire and seeing if that sidewall is totally white underneath?
