    Yeah but both dogs were in violation of being out without a leash so the police said its a civil matter plus Jackie's dog isn't licensed either. Other guy said he's gonna pay for med bills.

    I think she will be ok. She's like 2 different dogs with the cone off and on. With it on she won't move anywhere. With it off, she's her normal self for the most part. I think it's cuz she hit the couch with the cone when she was walking and yelped pretty bad. Now she just won't move with it on
