    no lease, just apartments in my price range don't come up very often. this one sounds just about perfect, duplex, garage, side by side units so hopefully it will be a little quieter

    :( Creepy Toyota Guy passed away a couple of months ago :(

    Its my downstairs neighbor that annoys me...he's loud, he smokes and in general just gets on my nerves. according to the rental agreements here its a non smoking building but my landlords refuse to kick him out so I feel like I have no choice but to leave

    Don't blame you on that. I hate smokers in public buildings. Did you see in Cal I think it was they were going to make a law to not allow smoking in multi-family houses anymore such as duplexes, apartments, town homes (unless bought) and the such?
