A few tri-tips from Costco; a few other goodies and Jerry's place would be great.

Either I read something wrong on his original out of town hunting post, or you are thinking he was hunting in the wrong state :)

Either way, I am hoping to make this meet. The last Dublin one was a lot of fun!

I'm fine with either place, either time. But like Cody said, weather could really put a kabosh on the festivities if we're all stuck out in the rain. And haven't seen Jerry's shop yet, so that's a plus.

As far as the restaurant goes, WTF? They don't really want our business? I say we find out who their biggest competitor is, call them up and tell them never mind because restaurant xyz would like our business. Then we go to Jerry's shop.:D

Sorry for the confusion or perhaps I'm confused. I thought he was hunting in state or drawing in state tags. The x zones are in the far north eastern part of CA, where I lived a good portion of my life. Modoc and northern Lassen counties. It's hard to draw a tag but it's awesome mule deer territory (like the one I took with the front of my taco). I would love to hunt the area with anyone who draws a tag (or has points) even If I dont have a tag. Even the locals have a tough time getting tags unless you get land owner tags, 700 acres or so. Hope this clears up my post.
