21500, i didn't put any money down, they gave me what I owed on my trade (I owed less than what they could make a small profit on). Was a great deal, used at a gmc dealer it's my second 2nd gen I knew more than the salesman did. Lol

2006 TRD Sport acess cab 4wd for 19000 out the door. Came with a small lift, 33 inch tires, and some bling-ass rims. Looks great and runs great too! My biggest complaint at the moment is that stupid HVAC chirp... gonna take it apart and fix that this weekend :D

Thinking about buying a Certified (for what that's worth) 2011 DC 4x4 sport with 39,500. Dealer is asking $25,724. What do you think a fair offer would be?

I would just low ball it and offer somewhere around 17 or lower. Worst they do is say no and make a counter offer.

    TRD Sport?

KBB on that truck is probably close to $30k, if not higher... seems like a decent deal.

If you scroll back a page or two, you can see what I paid for a similar truck.

Just did a quick KBB on the truck he described (limited info) and it comes out at $29.3. Sorry, I was off by a couple hundred dollars.

If I KBB the truck I just bought, it comes out at almost what it costs new $31.9 or so.

2011 DBL CB TRD Sport w/22k on the clock, towing, Sirius, backup cam.

I think kbb over values the tacomas, there is no way someone is going to pay 30,000 for a used taco when they can get a new one for 30,000. Just don't think they give you real world numbers.

That is crazy. People need to do some research instead of just using a service. It is fairly easy to buy a brand new truck for these prices. I just don't get the mindset of people

So, would/did you pay 31.9 for our truck? That is the question.

    Nope, $26.5

I agree that the numbers are inflated... But KBB is still the standard that most go by.

I'm looking at an '05 v6 accesscab SR5 TRD off road with a manual and 63k on the clock for 15k. Is this a good price? It's all stock and in good shape.

2006 SR5 TRD off road 2x4. 133k miles, double cab, 5' bed, excellent condition just under $15k. NADA says it's about average, but around here similar trucks are going for $18+, so I feel pretty good about it. It's looks and drives like a new truck.
