    Does anyone else find this some what annoying/unnecessary. Like c'mon there is tons of leg machines... You really couldn't use one of those? But the chick is pretty hot.

    Yeah I usually eat before working out but now that I'm doing the LeanGains my fast is broken after my workouts. But I feel super weak and depleted in the gym. Maybe I should change my hours around.

    That's about all a smith machine should be used for....lol!

    So about about the deads? Do you guys re-set after each rep or rep them out? And I'm talking about max sets not ligter weight conditioning deads.

    That does sound brutal....not sure I understand it? 1rep with shrugs and then set the timer? I'm trying to get my deads to 2x bodyweight.

    for heavier stuff i re-set after each rep. a true deadlift is just that, lifting the weight from a dead standstill

    The smith machine was designed to work out on lol, that's a majorly awesome workout. And no that doesn't bother. Its my shoulders, I'm sure I've put my shoulders on worse things than where a woman puts her feet.

    Squats of all kind
    Rows
    Rack deads
    Bench
    Close grip bench
    Military press
    Shrugs

    ...the SQUAT RACK is designed for what it's said.....
