    Finished up the Power Steering cooler today / new Pump install. I just have to paint the brackets, noticed the reservoir is now not "extremely" hot to the touch after some driving. Hopefully this will prevent the seals from failing "again".

    Cleaned all the contacts on my master switch assembly (trying to roll the driver's side window up was hit or miss)

    Also put back in my passenger side rear quarter panel. Only a tiny bit of touch up is needed around the square trim panel around the rear most seat belt. Sorry for the real shitty and faded picture... it looks great flat black:

    Don't jinx me yet!

    I still haven't gotten the rear wall or passenger side panel on (I know I'm going to have to trim a lot around the holes the clips go through).

    I learned a little before I did the driver's side, so all that should go on easy-peasy.

    Thanks for the compliment though... I'm really digging it. Can't wait to get new carpet.

    does this make the steering more responsive? i feel like im driving a boat

    is anyone elses steering pretty loose? i changed the rack bushings and got an alignment and its still pretty loose. on the highway i can turn my steering wheel about 3/4 of an inch in each direction without the truck moving turning. i also have the sway bar off but it shouldnt make that big of a difference, right?

    You need to weld the steering shaft bushing solid. Will fix it

    I havn't. Jace did though.

    no your thinking of where the shaft goes into the steering rack. LT guys do that to keep it a bit more solid.

    The mod Jace did and that im talking about is inside the cab. There is a bushing that connects the shaft to the wheel. You weld that and a lot of the play goes away. Wish i had done it when i had it pulled apart. Not really wanting to take it apart again hahaha

    Off my friends '97. Were are not certain why if broke yet. It is an Eibach from a 1st gen SAW. I've read on ttora about these red Eibach breaking before. These have seen about 10 years of hard wheeling.

    I got them apart..but not without breaking the glass. Sadly the clips holding in the outer ring face inwards. Very tricky to get apart right. Ill have to get glass later.
