Did a mini Satoshi to my grill this weekend. After all the work I put into my grill emblem I have always been disappointed that I had to have a backing plate between the emblem and the Toyota emblem that is part of the grill. I cut out the Toyota shape with my Dremel and then filled in the holes with epoxy and bondo. After everything was smoothed out I went back and forth on color matching the opening or just blacking it out. I opted for blacking it out, it really makes the emblem pop out.

I plan to wiring them up to the dome light, so they will

    There's a thread on them
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/92331-2010-4runner-mirrors-worked.html
The wiring is super easy and assembly on switching from the 4runner bracket to the Tacoma

    Thanks

If you want to wire it into the head unit, there's no need to go with the OEM camera. There are plenty of inexpensive kits on Amazon, like this one:

    http://www.amazon.com/Koolertron-License-Plate-Backup-Camera/dp/B0049LBJ56

Some even have IR LEDs for night vision, which the OEM camera lacks.
