What's an unattended death?

 

Usually a sad story.

 

Yeah it goes in order of seniority. So I'm at the bottom. But I get 3 rotations off. Guys who have been there longer get more. Mine are for sure unless two senior members pick that rotation first.

 

A death that no one observed, someone was found dead in their house by relatives type of thing.

That's how ours works. I also get a holiday check even if I don't work the day we get the holiday bonus check on top of our salary. This had to be explained to me a few times I didn't understand how or why but I'm ok with it.

 

Yep. I'm not sure the process or how long it takes for them to mail me a ballot though. I'm not voting. I know I should, but my parents would disown me for voting against Romney.....but he's kind of an idiot so I wouldn't vote for him. Plus, IMO neither president will really do anything that significant while in office

 

Your vote is your vote and not that of your parents. Vote for whoever you want and it's none of their damn business. If you don't like either of the candidates put forth by the D and the R party you can always vote for the 3rd party Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. If enough people voted for the 3rd party maybe we might start to see some change if the two parties realize we're tired of them putting forth crappy candidates. Probably not but it's certainly better than not voting at all.

 

We can still vote when deployed, they give you and apsentee ballot you fill out and send in.

KodiakToyTRD is right, once you fill in all the grain in the leather with polish, you will be able to make the toe and heel look lke black glass.

 

My fire department had a stock of them. But if your in Denver neeves will have them. I know there is a neeves in the springs as well.
