What's up guys? I'm fairly new to TW as I bought my first taco this past summer. I LOVE IT! I've been slowly saving up $$ to personalize it and just finished my first major mod. 5100's all around and new rims/tires. I'm very excited with how it turned out and now can't wait to continue blowing money on shit I don't need
Does anyone ever meet up to help out with mods or go offroading?

 

By the way, on the tinting question... That was the first thing I did! 20% all around and haven't been stopped or even looked at differently by cops. I live in Fairfax and work in Manasshole and haven't had any problems. If you don't drive like an a-hole and give the cops a reason to pull you I think you should be fine...(knock on wood)

 

yeah ive been fine so far but i only have 35% in the front and 20% on the rear window which i think is legal anyways since i only have a reg cab. i did get pulled over friday and the officer didn't notice the tint even though i did try and roll it down right when i pulled over.

 

havent heard that one in a while.

Hooters would be great. We keep talking about it but it never goes anywhere. My work schedule is bullshit though. I work night shift, and only have off Monday at 0700hrs to Wednesday at 2300hrs, and because I am in a public safety job the commonwealth has decided I cant drink within 4 hours of my shift. So, yeah.

It sucks we just cant do a meet up for lunch or something

 

Have you guys ever heard of the "tuner" meet out in springfield? They usually hold them on mondays around 2000hrs. We could possibly do that. I mean it is all legal. The guy who puts them on hires the cops to come to keep people from being stupid.

 

i would meet up at Hooters (or where ever is convenient)if some of you would go. I'm off around 3 so I could probably do most weekdays as long as we plan something a week or so in advance as I do have other responsibilities from time to time. I would love to meet some other taco enthusiasts in the area so we can trade stories and enjoy some adult beverages!
