Hmm yea I don't like his edits either. Some made sense as some references were pretty personal..but some I think added a nice tough that I wish he hadn't taken out.

 

Theres few people rolling on 35's on this site it's there??

Body lift for my 03 no way but i did run 2 inches on my 94 id much rather learn that the clearance isn't worth the ride you loose and just cut the shit outa my fenders and body like i have plans for. it'll clear my 35s just fine and give me more room for stuff when i sas that bitch.

 

Rockgecko is running 35's on his 2nd gen. He did a 1" bl and was able to fully stuff 35's without any rubbing at all thanks to the bl. Lots of people run into having to cut the wheel wells out and raising them which results in having to relocate the battery, air intake and all the other things near the wheel wells under the hood or just deal with the rubbing.

yea im going to mount mine similar..

the only down side to /\ is that the shock doesn't dampen as well as if its || to the axle. but you can get more travel out of a shorter shock like /\

thats why more crawler guys have /\ and LT guys that do lots of jumps go ||

 

yea its a nice way to gain some travel. Im hoping to either use 10'' or 12'' foxes slightly angled back and /\

 

Actually the weight will help my dampening. I don't really plan on flogging the dunes a ton so shouldn't be an issue with me.

I think if i ever reposition the rear shocks to that angle ill wait to box the frame at the same time.
