    I'm pretty sure it does. A buddy of mine was on some ice one time, parked, but I told him to spin the tires while I took a picture. It wouldn't spin. He said, "hold on let me turn the traction control off". The tires spun for about 3-5 secs then quit, the traction control had turned itself back on, cause it noticed the truck was "slipping" so to speak.
