    You are actually only greatly reducing the sensitivity of it , but it will kick back on if you get really out of shape

    I've held it down for 5 seconds, and literally went sliding into a patch of loose dirt at 25mph with the wheel fully cocked to the left, and foot to the floor, never once felt it even try to kick in. You can see where the turn started in the photo...

    It's not the spin that will re-engage it , it's the yaw sensor .

    The times it kicked back on for me , I was cornering hard , with the truck leaning fairly heavily

    I can see that being a possibility, but on this particular spin out, I was in fear of rolling over, without a swaybar...so I was tilting pretty hard. I have a 3.5" lift in the rear, and you can see how tucked the tires are in that pic.

    I can only speak from my own experience .

    After putting on my cap and 275's , my VSC would kick on occasionally , now I turn it off everytime I drive the truck and yet I have still had it kick on with the beeping as well as the brake pulse a few times

    My damn VSC light has been on for a few months now...was worried at first but after reading up on how many people want it disabled im not as worried...after my lift i drove with a real bad alignment and it threw my sensor off which caused the light to come on. Dealer can do a "0" calibration on it and it will reset..but not in a big rush
