The squeeking is just a common problem our trucks have, that's nothing someone did. The spacer lift is exactly what people call it, cheap. The problem with a spacer is u r essentially making the spring "taller" by substituting it for more coils but at the sane time leaving the stock length shock there. So at ride height, the reason why ur ride is stiffer is 1- instead of that 1" or so being flexable coils it is just a solid piece of metal and 2 - u r overextended the shocks and putting them in a natural state of being maxed out at full droop but instead u r just at ride height. Spacers are just a bad idea. And it might be a little tricky to do a quality lift for under $1000

Yeah, go SEC but thats so easy these days. Oregon will fold like a house o' cards when faced with a legit D. Just wish the SEC was more competitive within. U got a sweet ride man. Who's the chick in your pics, omg.

Aj- is your truck indigo ink? Reason i ask is I met a guy named Aj in Chattanooga with an indigo ink Tacoma and said he had been on the forums before. Had exhaust, intake, and was about to do a throttle body spacer.

Like the others have said, California's emission standards are very high! A lot of cars have problems with it over there. As long as the truck isn't throwing any codes, it should pass fine, at least from my experience. Not sure what county you live in, but a lot of counties in Tennessee still don't even require emission testing.

Hurry up and get this thing, so I can come get your hood and fly you out there! lol...

Lol, that's fair. The seller hasn't been very responsive, but we'll see what happens. I live in Hamilton county and they make us get emissions every year... Annoying.

But I'll keep y'all in the loop...

Hahaha its cool man, we r all creepers to an extent;) and its a gf of mine. I got a lot of nsfw pics of her, ill show u a "safe" one if u want! Haha shes a cool chick.

Just to clarify this and help diminish ur ignorance a little bit, the top off-road shocks like fox and king are primarily used for hardcore offroading but their "oem" shocks are built for everyday use on street driven vehicles. The biggest thing with top brand shocks is they can be tuned to perform differently, meaning that if u do a lot of street driving u just tune them softer and achieve the best ride quality possible. I just wanted to point out that u don't have to be a regular offroader to run those shocks. Hope that helps and I'm not trying to insult ur intelligence.

Me personally I would go with 5100 and eibach springs in the front and 5100 and ap standards in the rear. Don't just listen to me, that's just imo the best ride quality, best price, and best looking setup for what u r looking for. Pretty much what Weston just bought

Oh alright, where around Chattanooga? I'm usually around the east brainered area. Sorry to post this again but have you seen this truck around the area?[IMG]
Awesome guy, haven't seen him in a good while but maybe he's still around somewhere.

Aaahh alright, I used to have a lot of exhaust work done up on Cleveland. Thinking maybe we should get a meet and greet going? There's been a lot of chattanooga guys joining lately.
