I will be mounting these in my front and rear bumpers if I ever get time to design them. Great lights!

Sweet, thank you. I was thinking of using them as reverse lights, but those would be awesome up front as well :D

I was thinking a light bar also, but I like my stuff designed symmetrically so I would need 2 light bars. These would be easier to adjust angles and such.

So do i and the ones i have would probably ne better too sice you can literally point them wherever youd like unlike a single light bar...makes sense

I added an LED light strip to my camper shell. I used a 16' strip of 300 5050 LEDs. I made a full perimeter run and cut off about a foot at the end.

Wiring coming from the tail light through an existing hole in the tailgate area, also showing the main cut-off switch mounted at the base of the shell. I used spade connectors so I can disconnect the wiring if the shell needs to come off:

    IMG_02701_33b405589152f90d7b652af45f9b7a3f80140466.jpg

I used a momentary switch to activate the lights when the lift gate is opened.
I used small angle brackets to manufacture a mount for the switch, and it's installed in the corner of the lift gate frame using an existing screw:

    IMG_02691_67c661373717d2d5dac7ccadc0e3e197b4f1f40f.jpg

Here's a shot of the finished light strip. The strip comes backed with 3M adhesive, and so far it seems to be holding pretty well. I used sticky back velcro at the corners to reinforce those areas, but I've removed the velcro strips along the straight runs, since the adhesive on the back of the strip was doing its job:

I was thinking of doing the same thing. I have access to LED strips like that at my work. They look sweet, good work man.

You clearly don't wheel in the rocks. Those would get crushed in that location. But if it's a street queen, then it looks great.
