I won't run 35" on my 1st gen for those reasons! They look badass though!

And jordon, 1st gens 4wd or not don't need extended rid end or anything that's a 2nd gen dealio. Like Jd said top plate yes to achieve disired compressed length. I got pics if need be ;)

37's on a mid-size would be funny to see. You could only go in a straight line and could use your foot as an e-brake. LOL

If i remember it was a thicker then normal washer 1/8" or 3/16" you could probably cut the washer with a hole saw set and get a good 8 grade bolt.

So can you show me pictures how you mounted your clip? I asked a while back an never saw anything. I wanna start getting some quotes on getting a sub frame built so I can mount it and paint my truck then sell the truck.

My buddies over at LSK use their heims for all their builds, and i've heard nothing but good things about them.

Your probably going to spend more money getting it mounted than you will be able to add to the sale in the end

Most likely. I'm already going to loose money on what I thrown at the truck. But It would make it more saleable and get a little more attention. If I don't mount it I know I can sell the clip really fast.

Its on the truck still. I have 4.5 Glassworks and Glassworks hood on the truck. I bought the clip over a year ago from some old hippy that didn't know what it was and then got the mini fenders and latches from sdhq. Every time I had the funds to do a sub frame something would come up. House stuff, vacations, other truck stuff, tools ect. So it never got mounted and just takes up a lot of space in the garage.

I'm looking into putting in another $1500 to $2000 into the truck before I sell it. I wanna try to get it gone by the end of Feb but we'll see if I can buckle down and start knocking things out on it instead of avoiding working on it.
