Sliding window security bar

Damn, forgot about that. Have to see how much tighter it makes it fit in track tho. Already pretty snug.

 

Great product, I intalled mine last night as soon as I pulled it out of the mail box. Looks great and perfect fit...thanks!

 

Here's how I modded mine using the hole in one end for easy removal for frequent window use in a reg cab. The screw fills up the slot where window moves none but stick can be removed with ease using the pull tab and the tab is discreet and blends in. Now I can reach over and remove the lock to use the window without having to dig it out of the slot with some sort of tool........

 

Where did you get the TRD battery hold down bracket?

There is a track on each side of the slider and lock bar fits in the unused non-locking track for storage when window is in use. Could save some searching for where you put it to open slider.

Nice find, I hadn't even noticed the track on the other side.

I'll have the bars tomorrow evening, get them packaged up and will be able to ship them out on Wednesday.
