    A few bolts are different.
It will become everything Cartman hates. Should be a little crazy for a bit then I believe things will level out.

We are going to attract all the pot heads now.

Don't smoke and drive, I will hunt you down, I will find you, and I will arrest you.

I just found it strange how the coffin creeking noise started after halloween I thought I was being haunted by a mobile ghost lol (j/k)

I grew up in Cali, thinking about it I wouldn't want my kids growing up like I did. Colorado seemed good, but I dont think I want to have kids growing up in a pot legal state. Its all choices but I would have prefered to keep it how it was just my .02

Thats my problem with it. Legalizing makes it available to adults but also makes it a hell of a lot easier for kids to get ahold of too and they wont be as worried about getting caught.
I might have different thoughts if I didn't have a son that I want to raise the best I can and keep him away from things that will bring him down.

Also if you pack up and move to Colorado, not for a job but so you can smoke pot you are a looser, deadbeat that is just going to add to unemployment in the state.

I know what you mean about not wanting your son to grow up with this. but im a freshman in college and weed is just as easy to get, if not easier to get than alcohol. So i dont think it will change stuff to much.

You're in Cali....soon weed will be easy to get too.

The amounts people can have are limited, the amounts people can grow are limited. Weld County does not allow MJ grows at all.

You still arresting for weed or did that stop instantly? Still federally illegal so they are saying nothing is changing on the news until the federal gov makes a change.

We will most likely be not arresting for weed under the weight amount, but I have not heard anything solid on this yet. But we will arrest all day long for smoking and driving, DUID.

We get in the car, we smell pot, they say they smoked before driving, its just like alcohol. They refuse the blood test, their license gets taken automatically for a year.

But cannabis stay's in your system for day's after one hit. There's no way, that I know of, to test for level of intoxication like a breathalyzer other than what you would normally do when suspecting a DUI like walk that line heel-to-toe, alphabet, etc.

Edit: I'll leave if you would like but I'm just very interested as to how LEO will handle this.

Blacktacoma, it all depends on the amount of THC and the rate at which it is circulated through the blood stream, just like it depends on the amount of alcohol in the system.

The state has yet to determine the actual level of THC in the blood before certain things get charged but CO law reads "impaired in the slightest degree."

If you're weaving, driving slow then fast, crossing lines, driving like you're impaired, chances are you're going to jail if you admit to having smoked weed recently. And weed is a lot more potent to smell then alcohol.
