I will agree with you there. I think taxing and regulating it will help the economy too. Also getting the law enforcement off of it will decrease "drug enforcement" spending and direct it towards more crucial issues.

Where im from, its very common among young and old. Im not going to get into how much acquainted i am with it, but ill tell you that it doesnt affect me nearly as much as it did when i was young.

For me it relaxes me and helps me focus on certain tasks. I dont have a problem with it as long as im not in a city with lots of traffic and and pedestrians. But again, im from Nelson BC. pot capital of Canada

 

Maybe I misunderstood what you said but to me it sounded like you were saying it was not as bad as alcohol.

 

I think he meant that its now treated the same way as alcohol.

 

A couple of Crown and cokes relaxes me, but the cops tend to frown upon that while I am driving relaxed.

You did misunderstand. What I was saying is it puts it on the same level "legally" as alcohol.

As you you getting stoned when we go wheelin, I wouldn't advise it. You already run into too many things as it is.

I've wheeled with more than a few guys who like to do that. Sometimes it gets to be more than just a "couple of light beers" tho.

Hi not really PNW'ers

 

I wheel with guys that drink on the trail. I have not seen it really have an affect yet, other the stopping to get another. To me the stopping is no worse than a group stopping to spot or take pics. I have never felt in danger from someone drinking on the trail. I don't encourage it and I don't do it, but I'm not gonna tell a guy not to do it. I really don't give a shit what other people choose to do. I just wanna wheel. Now once we get back to camp its a whole other story.

 

I disagree. No one needs welfare, Get a job, there out there. There just too damn lazy to get one. Unemployment is a joke as well.

 

Yea what's the worst that'll happen if a drinking man is wheeling?? He'll wreck his truck haha
