    they just for the first time let people who evacuated in to see their houses yesterday from 7am-3pm. his island is destroyed. from the pics he posted of the houses his family owns they are VERY lucky.

    infrastructure is destroyed. it's not like they can just string some lines back up and flip a switch.

    my guess is they will also redesign the grid thus taking even longer.
