    This is going to be a modified floating arm trebuchet. We have a 100lb limit for the counterweight, and a 4' limit on the height of the pivot. We're throwing a 4lb medicine ball.

    I'll be taking pics as we go.

    We built one in highschool for physics too. The arm was made out of four 16 ft 2x10 nailed together so it was about 24ft long altogther. We used like 2000lbs worth of tractors weights for the counterweight. Never could get it to release right though. It would pretty much through them straight up in the air and back about 30-50 ft, but boy they sure went high. haha.

    I made one in high school physics too. Shot a standard Titleist golf ball about 192ft.

    I think it was about 2 feet high, structure made from wood and axles and arm from PVC pipe, rolling on a skateboard.
