Thanks for coming by Chris... would have been hell getting that E-locker in without you.

I should/have to have it back together tonight. I think the hard part is done. I just have to get the front assembled, put on the drums, bolt up shafts and bleed the brakes

Moving those 3rd members are ridiculous. Imagine how I felt with my ford 9", with a 7# extra pinion guard... I was red in the face the entire time installing it byself. THREE TIMES, twice by myself, once with help

Ps: don't feel sorry for me :D

    :woot: for trunion eliminator!!

Yeah I can feel your pain and then some there... getting them out is bad enough, putting them back is the bitch!

The trunnion bearing eliminator's are great! The steering is incredibly smooth. I am anxious to see how they last. I will be taking them apart and checking them every so often just to see.

The 4.88's are nice too, she's got some get up and go now

Yeah a 9 inch sucks, and we finally got it all back together and test drove it.

    It's all good though lol

She's got some get up and go now... once it hits overdrive it stays! The brakes are a lot better and I'm really liking the trunnion eliminators.

Yeah, unfortunately... it isn't too bad, but I wish that I had gotten a manual... hindsight is always 20/20

It's all good till you have to rebuild them... talk about a kick to the nuts. I'm dreading the day!

Turns out I have a Creeper joint going bad. So it will be a fairly "light" weekend of wheeling. They have been in this shape for a little while and I will have spares just incase.

Are those not able to be rebuilt? If not might need to look at some different joints. Or pack that botch full of grease and call it good.

Well I wouldn't have spent the money on the crawl box and wouldn't worry bout burning up a clutch and the 6spd kinda sux in this truck. Took a lot of little things to get this truck to shift decent

They are rebuildable, but they are also under warranty so I will let Trail-Gear buy me a new one

But now that it's done, it's one of the things that makes it so nasty!

Didn't get as many as I thought, this thing really impressed me. Took a line that according to the jeep guys was buggy territory. :D
