    Just got news. Again, I was right, but I was also wrong. The wall we pushed out was 20' long on the main level, but upstairs it is 31' long because it extends over the garage. So by pushing it out 2' we end up adding 102 sq foot, not 80 like the original proposal, but not 119 by their calculations. It cost me ~$1700 instead of $3700.
