Is there a lift set up to raise suspension 6" without cutting cross member? I want to lift but be able to lower when I'm ready to sell it. I have 3" truxxx kit now.

You can replace the cross member if you decide to sell and remove the lift.....its just alot of money.

I think w/the 4x4,both the PC & FT require cutting.I think on a Prerunner the PC does not require cutting, but the FT does.

I did not know he had a 4x4, but if he doesn't spindles and coilovers are the way to go for 6 inches.

To say the least. If the dealer found out about it they will not even take them on trades. They can't sell them for liability reasons. Frame will never be 100% of the original strength. If you want 6" you just better plan on leaving it that way.

Welll...The frame crossmembers that have been cut CAN be replaced, thus restoring the integrety of it. BUT, I agree, if you dont want to cough up the money to replace what gets cut, or keep it lifted, dont do it.

    uhh...everything? lol
i cant see charging anyone more than 100 dollars at MAX parts and labor to replace/fix the crossmember that gets cut off. Its honestly not that big of a deal, everyone makes it sound like its so horrible. I would be more afraid of wheel spacers than cutting the crossmember...
