Well all this political talk cough cough is different.

Chris Christie looked pretty presidential when he met with BO. I think I could vote for the man and feel secure.

    All that aside.

The Kitchen project is really about 50% complete. I am still waiting on two more LED lights to come but so far I am liking it.

Here is a pic with the flash on,

    DSCN7764_2bb8b70380a3ab25f745083d85598f344045bb9a.jpg

The next two pics are without flash.

I still need to order two ceiling fixtures, move 1 high hat fixture, drywall up 2 large and 1 small hole in the ceiling then paint and hang the last two fixtures.

Moved the high hat fixture and installed a dimmer switch today. Bought a gallon of ceiling paint when we went out for dinner this ecening. The Duron store has paint at 40% off.

... ^^^ ... FWIW ... Duron is now owned by Sherwin Williams and when S/W has a -40% off ... prices are somehow cheaper than Duron's 40% off ... ...

I knew SW now owns Duron for almost 2 years now, I think. I have used Duron paints for almost 30 years now with a lot of success. I hate to paint and I found that Duron paints coverage with 2 coats to be superior to any other paint that I tried. I never found a 1 coat paint event though some paints are advertised as 1 coat.

It is all good as the project will be completed by turkey day. I ordered the two ceiling fixtures I needed from Amazon last night. They will be here on Tuesday. Painting should be finished by Wednesday,

All the way up Jim. The clowns in Washington need to get busy and do the job we sent them there to do, None of this BS that has been going on for the last two years.

Oh and I hate drywall work. That is all.

Even if doing nothing brings financial ruin to a lot of Americans? There needs to be a deal struck on the looming finincial crisis that makes both sides whine about the cuts.
