Ok cool. Well as i was telling ben. A few of us have access to the hobby shop on base so if someone can weld, the military guys can sponsor a couple people on and have their stuff welded there. Just an idea :)

No, unfortunately not. I'm stuck up on the slope for 2.5 more weeks. Next time.

Well, lets get a better idea over the next week or so, to see what kind of numbers to expect. I'd want this guy to know what he's getting into before he starts commiting himself to it. And I'm military as well if it comes to that.

Sounds good. If you guys were ready to go sooner, I could probably set that up. If people were ansy, I know Todd and I at least would need to wait a bit to gather funds but I'd hate to hold y'all up on my account. Cant speak for Todd though, he might want to hold you up. I just figured I won't be running a lot of tight trails over the winter so February gives me ample time to prep.

So, how late did everyone stay? I gotta say, I wasn't so much annoyed at the "BYOB" situation, so much as I was pissed at how unprofessional the server reacted. She could have handled it MUCH better, and perhaps I would have tipped her. At any rate, you'll probably have to count me out of the group buy, even though it's looking like Feb? I'm a tad strapped for a while. Booooo me.

I don't really think she over reacted, she had no way of knowing if we were all part of that and it's her job on the line as well as Mooses toothe liquor license. I'd have been more upset probably in her shoes. She did apologize to me afterwards though, just freaked her out. She's worked there a long time and would like to keep it that way. So she did feel bad, but, did what she had to do ultimately.

He said he could do a few, but I doubt the high clearance was what he meant. That pallet is getting awfully big at that point. Sliders are 2 dimensional. HC bumper....not so much. Maybe a separate GB? I'm definitely getting one from him as well as a front and roof rack. Maybe when I order my stuff, we can do a mass order from him since it'll be coming up anyway. Probably just before summer for me.

She had a right to be upset imo. But i think an apology by said bringer of said outside beer to the server would have helped the situation greatly..

Not that it affected me at all :D
