My latest project. I went to the dealership and made my own stencil. They look much more angular in person. I'm not sure if I should cut them a few inches above the fender or leave them as is?2010-challenger-RT-hood-stripes-1_039176b11a71d05b1a1fd0dbc5d77e4a6594dc0d.jpg[/IMG][IMG]DSC_0228_bc3785eea35624fc496e4e562b6133f0f72d7f19.jpg

Cool looking man. Brings out the red calipers I think. Maybe cut them a little shorter like you said though. You don't want to overpower the front of the truck.

Not quite sold on it yet. It doesn't look bad, but personally, I prefer a more subtle look.

keep in mind that you asked for opinions. They look horribly tacky. They do not blend with the truck. As stated above maybe a chiller color but then all the attention would be drawn to the chrome, westin crap and red calibers. I am more of a subdued look on black trucks.

I wanted a darker red, but it was almost impossible to find vinyl that was 4 inches thick and cheap. Considering I put people to sleep for a living I did the best I could. Although I appreciate any feed back.

I like it but I think I'd rather do the old school Toyota pickup hood decal.

Maybe if it was one red and one white like the TRD decals you have?

Again the pictures do not show the angles well. They are an EXACT stencil of the Challenger's stripes. They bend at about a 45 degree angle. The only thing I did different was to keep the stripes as one piece to make it easier to apply. The stencil was cut from a 6 inch vinyl tape to make a 4 inch stripe. Sorry the pictures make it look that way. I will try and get some better shots. Just trying to make my truck a little different. I also just did the Blackcat custom carbon fiber and white instrument panel. To each his own. Thanks any way.

I find it difficult to choose accent colors for my BSP. I seem to always return to grey as the only that lays over it comfortably. The bedside decals look great to me. The red stripes are a little to much. They would look better matched up to the grey TRD imo. Another complication might be all of the chrome too. You have a nice truck, but the color scheme is getting a bit too busy...

Now that I look a bit closer, it clashes with your bedside decals. At least on the driver's side.

I agree. I looked EVERY where for 6 inch vinyl tape. My only option was to buy this:BtGY2wCWkKGrHqEOKkEEvNsEoVIIBL6gsf7VUg_1_fdfd600b3ff82b34d1520226c9ef5e673bd88553.jpg For $50 And make the stripes. Red and white would look great. I still have my stencil if If could find some cheap white 6 inch vinyl I would definitely give it a shot. Maybe the Graphic Artist guys could help a fellow brother out. Sock Monkey wasn't interested so anyone else?

I know I couldn't find dark red. Maybe I can browse Sock's inventory and find a red and white bedside decal. Keep the suggestions coming! This is a work in progress I am definitely up for change. Should I cut the bottom a few inches above the fenders or let it ride? I am 40 years old and can always take suggestions, but of course we all have different taste.

should have done the first stripe white, the second red... symbolic of the TRD logo you have on the rear quarter... Oh man

    I do like it though.
