Yeah, I'm super pumped. (emphasis on Super)

Tank's full, tow straps, shovels and reflective vest all loaded in the truck, have extra jerry can full of dinosaur juice in the box. Walkie Talkies on the charger. Coffee thermos on the counter waiting to be filled. New Goodyear Wrangler Territory 265/75/16s installed last weekend.... So BRING IT!!

    - The first big dump of snow is always my favorite day of the year. Wayyyy better than birthdays or Christmas combined. Can't wait to turn key in the ignition and get out on the roads early in the morning in the deep snow before the plows do. - love helping people get out of ditches. My wife says "you know you sound really creepy when you say this, right??"... Oh well, I don't really care, Dear, because helping stranded motorists to safety is my version of going to church. Haha (she thinks I'm nuts)

Only wish I would have had time to install the amber/white LED strobe kit behind grille and in rear window behind headrests before this snowfall... Oh well, 4-way flashers will have to cut it this time.

Ehhh here in Brandon we got about 4". Looks like more. Couldn't be more than 6" honestly. Lots of drifting in the streets though.

From Winnipeg. ...so much for that forecasted 20 - 30 cms of snow. seems like maybe 10. still, did manage 40+kms in the bush on the fat bike. no bush pix tho; seems the iphone froze up and I should have given the GoPro (mounted to bars) a fresh charge.

First winter with my duratracs and wow what a difference. They cut through snow like a hot knife through butter. Amazing traction

I'm running 285/65 Nitto Trail Grapplers and they are monsters in the snow. Tractions good, but I'm pushing a lot more snow than the 245s the truck came with. And I don't fit in anyone else's tire tracks!
