    To perform the distance calibration follow this procedure:
    1. Align front tire with first mile marker
    2. Reset the trip gauges: MENU  Gauge Menu  Zero All Trip
    3. EXIT THE MENU
    4. Travel to the 3rd mile marker (at 50+MPH), aligning the front tire to the mile marker
    5. Select: Menu  Vehicle Setup  Calibration  Calibrate Distance
    6. Change the value shown to 3.000 miles*, using the UP and DOWN keys
    7. Press Menu to save and set the calibration
    Once saved, the calibration factor will be displayed at the bottom of the display.

    Just curious... where did you go to get this done... your local free way? lol I just wish we could've put in the tire specs but that's just me being lazy lol :turtleride:

    If you want to know your calibration factor do this. Use the tire size calculator find how much bigger your tires are. So I have 275's now and at 50MPH I am now going 52.77 x 2 = 105.54 so every 100 miles traveled on my speedo I actually go 105.54 so that would equal a calibration factor of 1.054. An easy way to prove that it is correct is to multiply 100 x 1.054 = 105.54

    If what you have is correct every 100 miles traveled on your speedo you are going 122 miles.

    I used my GPS and verified it with mile markers as I passed them. I also did the math in my above post to show I was correct. If you need help let me know.

    Did you do this all on a full tank or just as your tank is?

    ^^^ As my tank was. The fuel level does not matter you really do not need to do the whole mile marker thing if you know what your calibration number is. You do have to drive at least 3 miles with it connected. If you have only changed tire size than your calibration number is easy to figure out.

    Have you only changed your tire size? If so what was your OEM tire size and what do you have now? If you have only changed your tires size and not gears I will tell you what your number should be.

    Put in my UltraGauge today. I mounted it by putting a tape measure clip through the top of the mounting bracket and clipped the mounting bracket to my headliner, then snapped on the UltraGauge! Works great! I can see it perfectly without it being noticeable and sticking out. Holds pretty firm, too.

    Hey thanks! Well for now it's just the included velcro stuck to the back of the bracket and the round silver part of the gauge cluster. Not a long term solution but will buy me time to research a more permanent install strategy. Believe it or not it actually holds quite well. I did a road trip yesterday for a few hours with the family and it never budged. ;) I like it where it is due to being able to view it in my line-of-site with the main instrumentation. It means less time with eyes off the road while I can get all my information in one general area.

    I was so excited for the ambient air temp, my temp gauge stopped working but it isnt offered with ug along with the actual gallons left in the tank. On a better note I love this thing!
