    Here's the delima I'm a Realtor. I showed this guy's house to a Real Estate Lawyer which is a client of mine, with his wife and my Mother she is a Realtor as well. Two week's later the guy call's his Realtor and say's I left all the light's on in his house turned his AC down and broke a blind down stairs. So he bitch's at his Realtor and they tell him I'm the last one to show it! He has been in the past a pain in their ass!! Bitching and so on, so I call the guy to see what the problem is and how, I can remedy the situation. He tells me I owe him $38 bucks for the blind of course I have not done anything to his property I tell him he's no getting 38 dollar's from me and expained to him that I had 3 other people with me that know I didn't mess his house up. By the way he has a roomate and someone else has a key to his house as well a neighbor or something. Anyway he start's curseing me telling me he's going to come to my office and kick my ass. So I'm left with no choice but to go to the sherifs office and file a report. I'm no bitch I'm 5'10 195 if I were still in construction I would tell him to bring his fucking ass, but when it effect's my bussiness as an Realtor I cant I'm left with no choice but to go to the cop's. So they arrest this guy on communicating threats and now he want's to meet with my Broker in charge by the way she' knew about this from the begining. Now he threatening to go after my Real estate License. WTF!!! What should I do!! I know what I would like to do but there's prison time involved.

    I want to but can't as a Realtor if I seenze wrong I will lose my license. The National Realtor Association and ncar North Carolina, has rule's to protect the public from Realtor's but not to protect the Realtor's from the public :mad: Stupid f*cking rule I dont want to be held to a higher standard in morallity I would rather kick his ass.

    If you have witnesses that say you didn't do any of that stuff, then I think you're in the clear. There are many other people that have access to his house. Let him try to go after you and then you just get a signed statement from your witnesses and you will be fine.

    He cannot prove you did anything and $38 is ridiculous. You're dealing with a retard. If it makes you feel any better you can get affidavits from the people you were with verifying that you did not tamper with the thermostat or his coveted blinds.

    I doubt they're going to do a forensic investigation.

    It was better for him to keep his mouth shut and let people assume he's an idiot, but instead he opened it and confirmed everyone's assumptions.

    Keep calm and don't lash out at him. This guy doesn't have a leg to stand on and as far as I'm concerned he can suck pouch!

    You did the right thing by filing a sheriff's report as he threatened you. Your broker should think a lot of you for doing that, it's the right thing to have done.

    If you're being honest in your write up, you've got nothing to fear. If you kick his ass you will lose your job (and rightly so).
