    Another thing to note:
    Bob is a very busy guy. He prioritizes his scheadual depending on how far away the member lives. Members in the US, obviousy, get first actions. Then, he goes by how far away in the other country the meber is. Then.....he takes into account the ambient temps of the location of said member. The lower the temps, and the further the miles, sadlt, means that you should have a response in 14 years. Now....this "could" change, and he could get to you sooner. Perhaps as soon as 12 years and 8 months. So....hang in there.
