    It's nothin too serious. Just house oil patterns. Been doin it for about 3 or 4 years now. Started inhte youth league when I was 3, then didn't bowl for like 18 years. Joined the Monday Night Men's league. Got a 202 average through 33 games this year. had a 186 last year. Hopefully they don't test for PEDs.

    I tried that PBA stuff a couple years ago. If you miss your mark by a board, you're screwed. Highest average in that league was a 176. I had a 168. Highest average in the league I'm in now is a 224.

    Sounds like fun then. I bowled on league since I was 5 but quit in high school when I hurt my shoulder. I was at a 180 average through 3 years because they never reset it, and I sucked freshman year. Now I'm lucky if I shoot a 450 series with the PBA patterns. I throw Brunswick balls that arc from center lane to 5 boards from the gutter and into the pocket on a house pattern. Now it's practically a straight ball and the center is so oily I have to literally aim over center to hit a brooklyn strike.
